Ascent Custom Homes is the result of a 25 year dream by founder Bobby Fite to build luxury mountain homes and live in the spectacular Rocky Mountains. Ascent was launched in March of 2020 in Evergreen Colorado, yes right when the pandemic began. However, we were undeterred. Our passion, faith and perseverance has led us to achieve success. In fact, we are evolving and expanding to offer remodeling and consulting services to help our clients create a home they love.

Bobby’s impressive home building career includes operating prestigious, high-end, 100 million dollar neighborhoods in Dallas, Texas for top three national builders. During his tenure with acclaimed builders Pulte/Centex Homes, he won several awards including the coveted “Centexellence Award” for construction build times, maintaining budgets, home quality and J D Powers customer satisfaction ratings- closing more than 1,000 homes.

He brings a wealth of experience to Ascent, a passion for design excellence and a commitment to quality. Likewise, operating in the Evergreen/Denver market he has developed key contacts and essential insights that greatly benefit his clients.

For the past 25 years, he’s been a Colorado Adventure enthusiast, excelling in Class V whitewater rafting on the Animas and Arkansas Rivers as well as black diamond skiing. Bobby lives in Morrison with his beloved boxer Jax, he’s a regular at Red Rocks, enjoys white water kayaking, off- roading in a Razor and taking in scenery on his Triumph motorcycle.
