Ascent Custom Homes is the result of a twenty five year dream to build luxury homes in the Rocky mountains by founder Bobby Fite. After moving from Dallas, Texas in March of 2020, Bobby launched Ascent into the headwinds of the pandemic. His passion, work ethic and spiritual faith led him to succeed while many companies closed. Ascent actually expanded to create a new brand, Ascent Decks & Remodeling which provides high-quality outdoor living products and remodeling services.

Bobby’s impressive home-building career includes operating prestigious, high-end subdivisions in Dallas, Texas for top three national builders. During his career with industry leader Pulte/Centex Homes, he won several awards including the coveted “Centexellence Award” three years in a row for construction build times, maintaining budgets, home quality and J D Powers customer satisfaction ratings- closing more than 1,000 homes.

He brings a wealth of experience to Ascent, a passion for design, and a commitment to quality. Operating in Denver for several years now, Bobby has evaluated and elevated his team of sub contractors, designers and suppliers.

For the past 25 years, he’s been a Colorado Adventure enthusiast, excelling in Class V whitewater rafting on the Animas and Arkansas Rivers. Bobby lives in Morrison with his beloved boxer Jax, he’s a regular at Red Rocks, enjoys white water kayaking, off- road adventure in a Razor and taking in scenery on his Triumph motorcycle.
